| …that is the Ice Cream Social. It really is coming, along with great flavors from Kopp’s Custard, and even for those needing the non-sugar version, we got you covered. We are celebrating PFC’s 31st year, and the kick off of the fall season, so please join us this Wednesday at 6:30 pm.
On Wednesday’s service, I spoke about our ministry and what goes into the years thanking the Lord that He’s the same, Yesterday, Today, and Forever. Hebrews 13 is a great chapter with directives that keep us going, like, “Let Brotherly love continue…and let love abound to one-another.” That is why we provide opportunities to “fellowship” with each other. We are different from every other gathering, as Christians we are kind to each other. Smile…now. Hey, these are difficult days and we should be an encouragement to one another, praying for each other, and challenging ourselves to be all Jesus expects us to be. In order to really be effective, we need to know each other. Remember, it makes a difference when I know you…versus just knowing about you. It is the “fervent heart-felt prayer that makes much power available.”
Sunday we resume our fall schedule, 9:00am Sunday School and 10:15 Worship!
I am beginning a new 3 part series called “Enough.” So many times we feel like we are living life in the land of never enough…we don’t have enough sleep, or time, or money. We look in the mirror and say I am not enough. I believe this series can and will change your life. Why not bring a friend?
Last, but not least, Sunday is Appreciation Day at PFC! We are featuring a corn roast and all the goodies that summer time offers! Please stick around, Packers – Bears will be on the big screen, and Pastor Cathy and I would love to hug your neck and say thank-you for your love, prayers, and support.
